$100 per individual 50 min session

Scheduled sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations after the 24 hour window will be charged the full session fee.

Health care providers must give patients an estimate of the bill for medical services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.

I am in network with Mines and Associates. I am out of network with all other insurance companies at this time.

Clients may request a statement or super bill to submit to their insurance if the insurance reimburses for out of network providers. There is no guarantee of coverage. It is your responsibility to submit this information to your insurance company and speak with them about your available benefits.
